Summoner School Game Review (5/21/2012)

Gameplay Review for Summoner School on 5/21/2012.

Before we start, I would like to introduce myself a little bit, as I am new to the summoner school blog. My handle is Dr Kasper, and I'm extremely excited for the opportunity to help players and teams get better in a competitive LOL environment. Observing and critiquing a game is vastly different from playing. This is due to the fact that while you are playing, you are expected to make lighting quick, error free decisions; and many professional LOL players will tell you, this does not happen overnight.

Enjoy the game synopsis, and always strive to do better.

WEEK 16 TENTATIVE SCHEDULE!

SIDE NOTE: This weeks winner for the most SEPARATE applications in a single week goes to summoner “Monkry”. Two weeks running. This was a joke that I was running, now it becomes a punishment. Congrats man, you earned it. 60 Motherfucking applications... You wont be playing this week.
ADDITIONAL SIDE NOTE: Invites will most likely not be coming from me. Other people arrange the lobbies due to time constraints. Please check in chat for the current “Lobby Boss”. Potential Lobby Bosses include: Regniwekim, ArchbishopDave, & Vendryth so keep a look out for invites from those people.

May 20th, Intermediate Match I

SNS - Intermediate Match Analysis
Written by: Mikempty

Disclaimer: First off, I will say I am very verbose. I write mostly like I speak so I hope you enjoy the read.

Blue Team:
Top: Lee Sin
Mid: Viktor
Bot: Soraka & Corki
Jungle: Mundo

Purple Team:
Top: Irelia
Mid: Morgana
Bot: Janna, Ashe
Jungle: Skarner

Right off the bat I give the advantage to purple with that team make comp. I just think end game, their champs will end up doing better than blue but I've been wrong before and usually am, just ask the misses.

...And the game begins.

SIGN-UPS STILL OPEN!

Last chance! WEEK 16
MONKRY IS BLACKLISTED THIS WEEK

PRE-SHOW
These are games that arent intended to be serious. They are fun, custom game types. We play Regular Dominion Matches, [6] Ultimate Bravery[7] ARAB, and [8] ARAM. Additionally, we like to mix and match them at times to stir things up. There is no sign-up sheet for this portion of the event, so if you are interested in playing, please be present in the Summoner School Chat room starting at 4:30 PM EST.
Important Info
Please ensure that you have mumble installed and configured in advance so that when we start matches, communication between team members is fluid and natural. THIS IS MANDATORY. Also, the mumble channel is still suffering from congestion on Sunday nights... if you aren't actively using mumble, please disconnect so that others may use this tool! Thanks for your understanding.
